one of my all-time favorite westerns is 'The Great Northfield, Minnesota Raid'.  It's about the outlaw Jesse James and stars Robert Duvall and Cliff Robertson, who has a scene in a brothel where he carries a lady on his shoulders.  I have looked for this on DVD and have never been able to find it.

In episode #49 of the sitcom "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody", Ashley Tisdale gives a shoulder ride to Brenda Song.
(The girls are locked in a big closet and in order to get her mobile phone to work, Brenda asks Ashley to lift her up on her shoulders).

Clueless (1995) by Amy Heckerling has a wom shoulder ride after about 32-33 minutes from the start of the movie. The ride takes place during a party and you can see about 10 seconds of it.

Thanks Baasda for the Laverne & Shirley clip. I heard about this about two years ago and had searched the net with no luck looking for it.  I beleive there were a couple more srs in that show with the roles reversed in one scene that takes place in some kind of vat of liquid.

Unfortunately I could not recall a name of the Belgium TV show - an analogue to Just Kidding. In front of the hidden camera an actress dressed as a shop assistant girl was asking bypass customers to help her to get a box from an upper shelf. She was in a short skirt and with nice pantyhosed legs. Of course she received a plenty of shoulder sits (and shoulder stands) from people of different ages. And she gave lots of thank you kisses to all volonteers.

Anyone see  Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2? If so can anyone give any details on the Bledel/Lively sr ride. How long was it, etc.

An interesting clip though obviously faked.  Carmen E is putting no wieght on Molly S who is sitting on the guy's shoulders.  Sadly, wow sr in films is virtually non-existent after 100+ years of world movies.  There is a genuine four high (mowowow) in De Mille's The Greatest Show on Earth, a half faked wow sr in Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2, and a short sr in Cinderella Story that is probably performed by stunt women.  Apart from a couple on TV shows - Laverne and Shirley for example, that's about it as far as I know.  I have a dream list of stars I would liked to have seen in wow sr over the years but they remain dreams.
