Since I answered your question an regard to sitting on my (now ex ) husbands cuffed hands, I'm curious as to what else you might want to know.
The truth is that sitting on his hands while he was handcuffed wasn't really comfortable for me because the metal cuffs were hard and cold under my cheeks.
The enjoyable part was that when his hands were cuffed behind his back and he was face down, he was completely helpless and couldn't do anything to dislodge me.
I loved sitting in that position because he was very strong and weighed 90 lbs. more than I did but I could keep him down like that all day if I wanted to. It was fun.

I like the idea of sitting on man's hands when they are cuffed in front of him and not behind his back.
Imagine that he is standing while you sit on his cuffed hands with your legs wrapped tightly around his waist.
You can keep him in this position as long as you wish and make him carry you to whenever you want.
You can use your free hands to slap and punish him if he disobey.
Do you think you could keep your ex in that position?

I could, and often did ride on his back while he was on all fours and while sitting on his shoulders even before I married him or even had him fully trained.
The position of sitting on his hands as you described it sounds like it would require some effort on my part to get into position on his front and hold on to his body with my legs. that just doesn't seem like something I would want to do.

You could sit on your ex cuffed hands while he is sitting on the floor and make him stand up and carry you without any effort from your side.
I find this position quite humiliating for the guy, as he can do nothing but carry you whenever you want to.
