Hey guys, don't meant to bring up such a heavy subject on X-Mas day but nowadays with the laws the way they are one has to be 110% sure! Now I was wondering if this site meets with the current laws regarding internet kiddie porn as some of the girls are in bikinis and seem like they're underage although they are public photos posted by people on the net freely and of their own will. Just checking and would appreciate some clarification because I don't want to get in trouble. Thanks guys.

If you ask me, I don't think that anything of our website may fall under this definition. We neither show kids undressed nor we show them in something that can be understand as "sexual activity".

Since I am travelling a lot I am aware that sexual activity is something that has different meaning and definition in different regions. The (US) american laws may be more ciritcal than (e.g.) laws in Europe.

Any lawyer in this community who can help us out?

Ok but I just wanted to ask now do these ladies sitting on guys shoulders constitute child pornography? I certainly don't want to be breaking the law as I'm sure you guys don't either and am just a bit curious.

Sorry Ladylifter for editing the subject but we must be cautious in the way we express ourselves here. Just imagine someone outside reading the words 'kiddie porn' in the subject line - it is not pretty.

You are welcome to continue with a juridical discussion there if you find it useful. The rule applied in this community is to be restricted uploading any content with children involved in shoulder riding - although there is never any sign of abusement or sexual nature in there, we still need to be careful as any involvement of children is a sensitive issue and may be interpreted the wrong way.
