She she ni Hong.
In answer to your question, the last I heard is that when the person doing the shoulder riding has as much hair on the face as does the person in this video, that such a person is a man.
If you and ever get a wife-carrying contest going let's require that one riding be a wife and a woman as we seem to have this uncertainty where I live in California.
For a long distance I suspect the ridress will be more comfortable if she shoulder rides than if blood flows into her head from being carried with her face pointed downward or her breasts feel pain from being pressed much against her man-horse's back when piggyback riding. This may make the man work harder, tire faster, and get more sore on his shoulders than when carrying her in the other manners. But, your womanly instincts already tell you that a REAL MAN, which is a gentle man, will worker harder and suffer more to keep his lady more comfortable. My manly instincts agree and tell me that the more kind and considerate she is, which is being a lady and a REAL WOMAN, the more she is worth it to do all suffer more and work harder to comfort her.
