Ultimate shoulder rides

My dear friends
We need to find an easier way to meet for shoulderrides. As I travel a lot, I post here sometimes where I am, and to be honest I met some of you and we did some great rides on me. But most of the time I’m for a short period of time somewhere, where could be a rider as well, but we don’t know that. How can we meet?
What about to use a mobile app and which one? Where we can tag “Shoulderride” and optional “Rider” and “Pony”?
It would be much much easier your mobile to inform you, there is a rider 10 km away with the option to send him/her a message… Quick reply and a happy shouderride…
