Ciao Friends

An hour ago I have been a humanhorse for a my short and very nice hair black collegue, weight 50-55 kg.
She have ridden me up for 2 floors, because of a bet: I have found this way to give a ride.
I hope I will have more rides in the future!!

I want to work in a place like that. Did she demand such a ride if she wins the bet or did you offer such a ride if she wins? Or did you demand the priviledge of carrying her if you win? Where I work, offering such a ride can get you terminated for "sexual harassment." Are sexual harassment charges common in Italy? If so how did you avoid those charges to give her joyfyouul rides? Are you both single? Have you both dated each other much outside of the work place before?

Some explanations.
We are three of us descending and climbing the stairs (9 floors) for physical excercise, avoiding lift. I have bet with other my male collegue to carry her for show my strenght. And the last two floor I have noticed my girlfriend is tired. I have offered to my collegue to ride me. I go under her and she have ridden me.
Not, any "sexual harassment." The only problem is do not be ridicolous to others.
My rider is very friend to me, but not there is any sex or sentimental thing between us.

Where I work, the one who is touched gets to decide if he or she was sexually harassed. If she decides she likes it then it is not sexual harassment. Regardless of how this is decided where I work I agree with you. I envy your friendship with your female colleague. Best wishes to you two. May you both have long and happy lives.

Unfortunately there are several examples in the US legal system on charges that seem often quite ridiculous if you look at it sensibly and with intellect... you can only shake your head. And this is like nothing compared to other laws or law enforcements I have been told about so far.
I am glad I am living in Europe where things like this are handeled much more easy going and liberal. But please I DON'T want to start a political discussion here!! Anyone of us has to pay attention of what the ridress or possible ridress wants and what she doesn't want and respect that - that should go without saying even without the thread of being imprisoned.

However, thanks for your post Gennyshark! To bet is another good idea for getting someone on shoulders... I thought about this already as well...

Understood, Louie Sr. Our discussions are to focus on shoulder riding. For those of you who live in America or choose to emigrate to America (most living in America are such people or decended from such people) such an issue has to be taken into consideration when offering shoulder rides. This American is naturally interested in how Europeans and others resolve this issue of sexual harassment while still arranging shoulder rides for these ridresses and still respecting the dignity of these ridresses. This American knows he does not know everything and that Americans do not know everything such this American is trying to learn from others including non-Americans and hopefully help Americans lighten up and enjoy more activities such as shoulder riding.

For those of you living in America, it seems like a better idea to offer and give shoulder rides when off the employer's property and when off duty for that employer.

I would do some considerations for better known my last ride.

I have very much confidence with my collegue that have ridden me. She have ridden me also in an another occasion, and she known she can trust my 'humanhorse' ability (like my wife). But I must find excuses for she ride me, as she not love very much ride men.

I agree with you that the bet is a very good idea for getting ride from a Lady, but the humanhorse must consider this: he must do the drive command to his Lady rider, and do not consider she as a 'weigh' to use to show his strenght. The lady is not a object. The bet must be a stratagem to give ride, but after the lady is mounted, the humanhorse must pay attention ONLY to lady's enjoyment, and, therefore, the lady must consider herself the only chief of ride.
