Trick to carry girls for longer

Hi!

Just found something that allows me to carry girls for longer: putting a rope tightly around my waist.

I took a picture of myself:

The feeling is similar to when you carry a girl in the water as opposed to carrying her outside the water.

Of course you can hide the rope under your clothes.

I mean you have to use it while you are carrying a girl, not as a form of training while you aren't. I saw they use it for castellers in Tarragona.

I understand smile  It looks like we should be using such aid only for carrying, as that is where our spine and muscles will experience the heaviest ordeal, but not for training.
