...yes, Captainigloo, this festival is one of the best "shoulder ride"-festivals!!!
However, it is in my opinion no question in which country these festivals with most shoulder rides take place, but the type of music that is played at these festivals.
Especially at "Dance Festival" are very many shoulder rides to see, all over the world!
For example: "Ultra Music Festival", "Veld", "Tomorrowland", "Parookaville", "Summerville", all kinds of "Holi festival", and so on ...

(Sorry for my bad English! My German and Russian is better!))) )
