Common Courtesy For Photo Questions

Ladies and Gents, I have been asking for weeks now on the bottom of photos when the person looks like a celebrity if the poster could please tell me who this person is or at the very least where this person got the photo so I could research it.  My polite questions have been ignored and i'm a  bit frustrated.  If someone asks a question of a certain photo why not be courteous and simply tell as much info as you know? We're all here to help each other right? I have questions about several photos and I hope by posting this we can all be a bit more aware of this curiosity some of us may have about who is in these photos and simply show some manners and let us know what the poster knows.  Thank you.

This young lady is who I mean among others that I have asked.  I doubt anyone will help me but still this is the best place for shoulder riding pics and stories so i'm still just glad to be here.

Re: Common Courtesy For Photo Questions

The thing is: the functionality in the gallery to comment photos is not something that we intend to use, it is there just because it is a part of the gallery script. and I do not know how to get rid of it...

I can assure you that the great majority of the members here do not pay any attention to comments in the gallery. So, nobody is arrogant towards you, they simply have not paid any attention to it.

If you, or anyone else, have a question regarding specific photos, ask here instead (or in the "new pics, video clips, links" forum). Of course, you could also try to contact the poster directly.

The photos you mention were posted by gunde and boba21th. Perhaps they can give you the answers.

I´m very sorry for not answering sooner. I just didn´t see your question. As Nick said, please ask any question that you might have here in the Forum section and not in the Pictures section.

The singer is Terri Nunn. She is (or was?) the singer of a band called "Berlin". Another member posted a pic and a couple of links to Youtube clips with her riding. If you search for info about her, you will notice that she quite commonly rode on shoulders during the bands performances.

In the Other album, I have recently posted pics of Ringo Starr sitting on Paul McCartney´s shoulders and of John Mellencamp riding on shoulders while singing. I have also posted pics of some other celebrities sitting on shoulders. I will try to remember to give their names in the future.
