Ultimate shoulder rides

Do anybody know the organization VIVA CON AGUA? Well last weekend I was from friday till sunday on a concert in
the biggest town in South-West-Germany. A local band from this town were celebrating her 25th anniversary and they
didn´t want to give only one gig even when they come from this town; the number of the band members is four and
many people asked themselves why they are not playing for four days - one day for each member.
For friday I had my ticket but the gigs on saturday and sunday were sold out - not the seat - but I wanted really a
ticket for the inside; when I have the choice between sit in a conert and stand I always prefer to stand - you don´t get
a woman on your shoulders when you sit and watching the show.
At all three days I was wearing a special white tee you can´t buy somewhere. In front of the tee you can read:
I love (red heart) WOM and on the backside: "Attention, Attention: Shoulders for hire free." and "Free Rides" on the
backside of another tee with the same I love WOM in front of it.
On friday I was wearing my "Free Rides" tee and sometimes I asked a woman for shoulder riding but they all said NO!
How depressiv. Then I was thirsty again and after the cup was empty I saw a woman standing beside a ton with a
square hole on top of the ton and holding a VIVA CON AGUA flag in her hand. This orgnaization is working for a good
cause and you can spend there your empty cup and help people who have no access to drink water. Mostly when you
buy something to drink you must pay deposit and you get it back when you bring back the cup and this organization
is collecting the cups and with the deposit money they help people who are forced to drink dirty water.
I said to the nice young woman: "Actualy I want spend my cup but would you please sit up on my shoulders for a photo?" The woman said yes and I asked a man near the woman if he could make a photo and gave him my camera.
I squated down and let the woman sit on my shoulders. What a great feeling again... . The man tooked two photos but
when I asked for a photo from the backside he said he would maybe get in trouble and gave me back my camera.
I let the woman dismount me and was a little disappointed it didn´t last some minutes longer but I gave her my cup
and was happy I succeeded again having a woman on shoulders. It´s quite hard for a 50 year old single man to get
a woman on shoulders; I believe they think I want to turn them on but I only wanna help the women for a better view.
The second day I was wearing my "Attention, Attention: Shoulders for hire free" - t-shirt and some women behind
me did read it and laughed but no one of the four women wanted a ride on my shoulders. Slightly frustrated I drove home but on the third day I did the same like on friday with a nice young woman from VIVA CON AGUA.
So if one of the member or maybe a guest from this side see a woman from this organization and you can renunciate your deposit don´t hesitate and ask for a shoulder ride. Good luck to all of you!
