To any of the admins,
I'm hoping you can help me. I attended a college football game today and was able to take some close-up pictures of the cheerleaders. I went to post them in the women on men album but continually received error messages that the pictures were too large. I shot them at fairly close range with a zoom lens. How am I supposed to post the pics now without damaging them?

there is a free program, pixresizer, that will allow you to reduce the size of the files, you can easily find it on a search engine and download it
or here is another free online program that Gunde recommended earlier in the year on a different thread:
http://www.picresize.com/
try to reduce the size as little as possible that is accepted by the Board...so our members can enjoy fairly high resolution
thank you for sharing personal photos which you took w our members

OK. Thanks to all. In the next couple days I will see what I can do. I'm not real good at this but I will do my best and let you know what happens.

From our updated FAQ:
I receive error message when trying to upload a picture to the gallery.
Make sure that your picture is no more than 3.2 MegaPixels in resolution. You can look in the file property of the picture (right click on it, choose properties, advanced). If e.g. 2400x1800 the resolution is too high (4.3 MegaPixels). You can change the resolution quite easily using this utility: http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm
