the guy in the Detroit video was clearly gay. He didn't seem to be enjoying it. And when she was standing on the bar near the crowd and wanted to get back on stage, she just parted her legs for him to insert his head in between them and carry her on stage, but he flatly refused! what a freak!

I wouldn't assume he's gay though...most mainstream guys I've spoken with at concerts who don't share our special interest do not enjoy giving shoulder rides and consider it a burden and do it as a favor.

And I suspect most of those who give shoulder rides to performers at concerts are paid security guards, not ordinary audience members. The only exception to this would be with The Grates.

haha, the guy (looks like he was security) clearly wasn't having any of her shenanigans. He practically throws her back on the stage instead of letting her get back on his shoulders.
Frankly though, I can see how security could get annoyed with her...in one video she puts her foot on a security guard's head. He was cool about it, but I can see how some people would get annoyed with something like that.
