It is a girl called Brie who is on top of her boyfriends shoulders for a long time during this year's Mardi Gras parade. Next to the fact that she can be seen a lot on shoulders during the video I like also that one of her friends took that video and so she is in focus most of the time and the quality is a lot better as in most youtube sr clips.
Out of interest I wrote Brie and told her that I had fun watching her video and asked her how long she was on her boyfriend's shoulders.
This is the answer I got from her:

"In reality I was on his shoulders about 6 hours. We took small breaks in between floats. We are used to Mardi Gras and its something we do every year. We will also be featured on the season 3 finale of Treme. You can see me on Nics shoulders. It worked because we are used to it. "
