They are mostly Instagram pictures, found by searching the Statigram site
http://statigr.am/
using the hash tags (keywords) that people uploading the pictures choose to use (a clumsy but 'democratic' system, which allows plurals and mis-spellings).
Most of the concert pictures are from outdoor music festivals in the current southern hemisphere summer, such as Stereophonic, Future Music, Big Day Out etc (which are from Australia, where I live and which I know most about; there may be others in South Africa, Brazil etc.). A whole new bunch will presumably start in a few months as northern hemisphere festivals get under way.
You have to be 'creative' with the hash tags; futuremusic, futuremusicfestival, ftf, futuremusic2013, futurmusicmelbourne - and many other permutations - will all produce different (often overlapping) results. As will shoulder, shoulders, shoulderrides ... and about a dozen variations; even typos and mis-spellings are worth the occasional search.
The vast majority of 'finds' are - unsurprisingly - wom, but mom and wow are fairly common; mow pictures are rarest.
Most of the people at such festivals are over 18, but a large proportion of Instagram users seem to teenagers, and quite a few of the images posted recently on this board are clearly kids of school age (i.e. under 18). I'll leave that issue to the moderators.

agdeakin,is it easy to find bigger girls carrying smaller guys? (in both height and weight)

Searching specifically for that is beyond the search capacity of Instagram and other photo sites, I suspect. You need to rely on chance. Given that, up until about 14 years old, girls are on average larger than boys of the same age, that is where you would expect such images - but that raises the children issue again.

You're welcome. As the northern hemisphere festival season comes to an end the flow will slow down, no doubt. Until the summer festivals in Australia, South Africa etc. Or until people get bored with Instagram!
