Ultimate shoulder rides

I've given a few good rides over the years, but one of my better experiences and and one worth sharing happened about 2 years ago.  It was summer and one of the ways I was able to make money quickly was with simple yard work jobs.  Most of the time I received work from neighbors or people I had lived fairly close to over the years, and this particular job was no exception.  One of my mother's friends who lived on our street asked if I would mow her lawn while she went jogging one day.  She was a pretty woman.  About 5'7, thin and although she was about 42 she could have passed for early 30's easily.  I knocked on her door and she answered promptly.  It was difficult not to stare because she was wearing a tiny black jogging outfit that showed off her legs and butt very well.  She smiled, said hi, gave me a hug and told me the lawnmower was out back.  She then explained if I got hot or thirsty at all I could go inside and have water anytime to cool off.  I had finished cutting about half of the lawn when I decided I wanted some water.  I went inside and poured myself a glass, and moments later she came back in from jogging.  She complimented my work and proceeded to try hanging a picture on the wall, but I noticed she was unable to reach the exact spot she wanted because of the tall ceiling.  I asked if she needed help and she requested that I stand on one of the chairs to see if that would provide enough height.  Lucky for me, it did not.  At this point I did my best to be subtle and said with a joking tone, "We'd be tall enough if I lifted you."  I didn't think she would be into that idea but I was pleasantly surprised when she responded enthusiastically by saying, "Perfect! Put me on your shoulders!"  I was impressed by her confidence and how she knew exactly what to do without me saying anything.  She moved me in front of a chair, stood on top of it behind me, swung one leg over my right shoulder and then the other over my left.  Once she was comfortably on, she tucked her feet behind my back in a way that showed me she was comfortable with it and had done it before.  She gave me a nice stern "you better not drop me" but she showed absolutely no hesitation or fear when getting on.  She was incredibly light, I could have carried her for hours.  She hung the picture pretty quickly but it took her a few minutes which was nice for me.  I told her she had great balance and she responded "of course I do! I was a gymnast all throughout college."  She finished hanging the picture and I put her down.  She then gave me a hug and said "That was so much fun sweetie, I haven't sat on a boy's shoulders in years."  She gave me my money and told me she'd call me if she had any other "odd jobs" for me while winking.  I didn't end up carrying her again but it's still one of my fondest memories.
