i have found in youtube a mow shoulder ride that u have deleted when it was posted (by me) from dailymotion because it was a copyrighting. if i will post it now, would it be a copyrighting?

Yes. If a clip has been produced by a company to be sold for a profit, then posting it here would be a copyrights violation.

I should add that if the video is a collage or excerpt of a video, created by the producers themselves, then it is OK to link to it.
