Thank you Wilk !
Your first video is amazing, for its quality, its length and the profusion of riding people. I tried to find out which rider had the best living seat, the most deserving and enduring, and I believe it is the couple of guys at the far right : They remain seated for the whole 7" of the clip, they seem to be quite comfortable, and enjoy the show apparently without any concern for their horses. There are two girls who also remain on shoulders for the 7" of the video, but they are lighter than the two guys, so it's a lot easier for their horses ....
That being said, I'd prefer to be underneath the charming girls, especially the one with a black baseball cap ...
Thks again, Wilk !

Hi Equidum,
I think you're right about the two guys. They don't seem to be occupied with their carriers well-being at all, they just sit there looking all comfortable and enjoying themselves. As are the girl riders. The prerogative of the riders I would say.
But the boys are not only heavier, the also have backpacks. The one on the far right even seems quite heavy. No need to say that the guys they are sitting on, not only have to carry the weight of their respective rider, but also his backpack.
On the other hand, I know from my own experience as a rider, that a dedicated carrier (such as Shouldertaxi), has no problems with carrying my (back then) 85 kg and a backpack of at least 5 kg for the same period of time. And he wasn't standing still, but walking down a trail. I think you have seen that video before it got banned by YouTube didn't you?
Great clip Wilk1978, thanks for sharing!

Yes, I certainly remember your great clip on Shouldertaxi's shoulders ! I also noticed that the riders were carrying backpacks, and I just wondered why they didn't require their horses to carry them on their backs?! My only plausible explanation is that the riders would then be sitting on the straps, which might be a source of discomfort ... ? Obviously I have no experience in that area .. I was just asuming ... :-)
