the archives isn't working proparly,it downloads 2 vids or one and then it doesn't work anymore what could be the problem?

There is no such restriction set on the server and it seems to work fine here. Are you using the browser or an ftp client?

I too can not access the Archives. When trying to log in the response is:

That's interesting... I just tried from here using one of your accounts and it worked fine.

Is it only the "Recently uploaded" video folder that you cannot access?

What ftp client are you using? The one I have tested with is Filezilla client. Try using that to see if it helps.

Edit May 9: I now created a new folder 2013-04 and moved most clips there. Check if it works better now.
Also, at all times, avoid using the browser, instead use an ftp client, it works much better.

But I could not access the Archives at all..When I trying to log in, the response was '425 Can't open data connection.'

OK, before I can continue assisting you any further, please let me know:

- what ftp client you are using
- exactly what happens when you try to log in to the archives
- if you can see any folders at all or if everything is blank
- about when last time you could log in and use the archives normally

Please also double-check your login username and password, and make sure not to reveal any login account details here in the forum.

Thanks for the new bonus membership. I'm not able to access the archives for some reason. When I enter my username and password it says, "ether the user name or password you entered is incorrect". But, I have entered it correctly.. please help..

tusk33: the archive is available to everyone who has donated to the community. If you already have an account there and have login problems, please contact me by email (as a bonus member you should see link to the left) and describe what username and password you are trying to log in with.
