Hey gentlemen,I'm going to start posting photos on a regular basis again..I just need advice to clear things up..What is the minimal age, that is allowed to be shown in a photo..Please make this clear to me,cause I don't want to be suspended again..I think you had mentioned around 10 years old.Am I right on this?Thanks.

You have also been warned several times after having uploaded pics involving children. So please be extra careful. We do not want pics of 10 year olds, you should know that. Thanks for the reply..I'm worried cause some pics I do find each and every day,in pool or beach or family(instagram)has young teens around 12 or 13,maybe 14 years old..I don't know if I should be punished if a photo has a 13 year old..I know I need to be extra carefull though..Once again,thank you for the reply..

Here in the UK it is a criminal offence to take or possess an image of a person under the age of 18 if the image could be said to be in any way of a s*e*x*u*a*l nature: S*e*x*u*a*l Offences Act 2003. So whereas two people who are over the age of 16 years can engage in s*e*x*u*a*l activity, neither can take a photograph of what they are doing and retain that photograph or show it publically. There is an exception if, say, the female is over 16 but under 18 and her husband takes a photograph of her posing topless. A grey area would be where the image is of someone like Tom Daley (the UK diver) who wears and poses in tight swimming briefs who was under 18 years of age (he is over 18 now) and the image was used or retain for s*e*x*u*a*l*l*y gratificational purposes (but the latter would be hard to prove unless it was posted on a website with s*e*x*u*a*l comments about his... errrr?... 'bulge.' Children riding on another's shoulders would be okay if the image showed merely horseplay but if the image showed that the image was taken in a s*e*x*u*a*l context or for s*e*x*u*a*l reasons (such as a reverse shoulder-ride) the image would be illegal.

Hey checkmateguy,

I was warned a few times,by both Nick and Gunde about this..I did not obey their rules..The photos which I posted weren't sexual in any way..They were posted on INSTAGRAM..These were family oriented photos..
Most of these photos which I posted had OLDER SISTERS sitting on the shoulders of their YOUNGER BROTHER'S..Some of these boys were probably 10 to 15 years of age..Also,I had posted a few photos with 3 highs..The problem was..The older sister was on top of the younger brother,but,on top of the sister was a very small child..This is where I was warned many times..I would get so excited seeing the beautifull older sister siting on her younger brother,but would be blinded that there was a small child sitting on the sisters shoulders..If Twitter and Instagram ,and facebook,posts these type of photos,I have no understanding why we cannot have these great photos in our group..Age limit gets confusing..Is there anything wrong with having an older sister around 16(or older)on top of little bro's shoulders who may be 12 years of age?Scotty was a great fan of this,and so many other's I feel in our group here,when it dealt with older girls on younger boy's..I think we change things in our group here,sometime in the future..Maybe instead of 15 years old would be minimum age limit,we should lower the age to 12..I have been founding tons of photos with brother's and sisters in Instagram..The problem is,I can't post them untill Nick and Gunde change the rules..At least let's think about this guys..Thank you for your time)

Oh come on. Anyone who post a picture on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, does it, so that the picture can be viewed by his/her friends and family. They don´t post pics for us to find and repost on a fetish site.

Our rules are not up for discussion. The rules we have are a must to avoid deletion of this site and we expect that all of our members follow them.
