Lifting and carrying
Believe it or not,at the age of 44 and for the first time I have lifted and carried somebody,he is lighter than me but I guess it's a good start anyway....

You could make a new career for yourself by carrying guys (and females) around Milan maybe? The 'robinmax shoulder-riding taxi service.' You'd probably gets lots of tips from satisfied customers although you'd have to have a weight limit!
