If a video of "Gidgette" shoulder riding a guy on a surfboard can be uploaded, would this be alright?

"Gidgette," the shoulder ridress, was portrayed as a minor, not yet legally an adult, shoulder riding on an older guy.  According to my math and Wikipedia, the actress who played the part of "Gidgett" was Sandra Dee, who was truly seventeen years old when this movie was filmed.

I know you have rules against children shoulder riding adults in some cases.
