Ever since I have been on the net,I always wanted to see some chicken fights that I had seen on a tv special,but could not remember,what the show was called..I finnally,got the imfo..There was a show which resembled battle of the network stars..However,this tv special only played once,and never again..In this show,they had celebrities,compete,in odd events..They also had chicken fights..Some of the ladies who were chicken fighting were,Catherine Bach...Now at that time,she was arguably,the hottest actress on tv..She was Daisy duke on dukes of hazard..She was fighting another hot celebrity..Cindy Garvey,who was married to famous baseball player,Steve Garvey..now,I'm trying to find anything on this as youtube,video clips,on online tv,and those other websites where we can see tv series..But no luck yet..

The tv special is called(CITY vs COUNTRY showdown)...It played on NBC in December 1980..
Hopefully,one or some of our members,can find pics,or video clips of these great chicken fight battles,from classic tv or something..Thanks..

Hey Gunde,

I have never realized that they have youtube clips of this show..It only played one time..It was not like battle of the network stars,cause as I said,they had odd events..The chicken fight back then(December 1980)was the hottest thing on tv..To see two of the hottest women in a pool chicken fight,on prime time tv,was so hot,but risky,cause of the family viewing..Remember,in 1980,there were only a few channels,so,everyone probably witnessed this,who is my age or older,living in Canada,or the United States,at this time..Great mememories..If only,we could find clips of this amazing pool fight..
