Thank you rideshulter for these great pics and clips ! These parade clips are, to me, even better than concert rides, because we see human ponies actually WALKING, MARCHING, we see the riders really using their mounts as transportation means, which is what a horse/donkey/human pony is made for after all ! And, judging from the riders' attitudes, it seems they are on their mounts'shoulders for quite a lot of time, possibly for as long as the parade. especially those who are wearing wings cannot possibly walk in the crowd, they MUST be on shoulders, or else, like albatrosss, their giant wings will forbid them to walk ... !

Danke, louie, fürs Kompliment. Ich gebe mir große Mühe. Gestern war z.Bsp. wieder ein Dreamflash in der russ. Stadt Perm. Habe gerade davon ein paar Bilder gepostet. Ich suche weiter. Russland ist ja so groß!

I write her in Russian (but with Latin letters), because I know and understand the Russian language (better than English). In the 80's I was 5 years a student in the former Soviet Union - now Ukraine (Odessa on the Black Sea).

The "princess" is very nice, but I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this blond girl with the bunny ears that seems to be in nearly every video from this event, plus many of the photos that you found. She must have spent the entire event up there!
