They are both from Spain. Anna (the blonde) is a tv hostess and Cristina (the brunette) is a reporter. They both work in that program which is a humor program called "Otra Movida".
This section of the program is called "F*ck u Jimmy Fallon", literally in English (I remind you this is a humor program, so despite the name, it isn´t meant to offend).
This Jimmy Fallon apparently try to beat all kind of stupid records in his program (I don´tknow if he is very famous there in USA), and these guys from Otra Movida try to beat all the records that Jimmy Fallon gets, hence the name of the section.
This record was about putting on three t-shirts while sitting on someone´s shoulders as quick as possible (that´s what the timing was for).
Now, regarding what they are saying (focusing on the most interesting and leaving out all the nonsense):
- Anna, right after getting on her partner´s shoulders: "don´t press" (obviuosly she is talking about his neck against her cr*tch).
- Anna´s partner right after that: "I have a pain in the neck" (he´s speaking Spanish so no pun intended at all). He continues : "A hot pillow would be great, I mean local heat is good for the neck".
Cristina firstly complaints about her partner because Anna´s partner has broader shoulder than hers, then she says that the problem is that her partner actually doesn´t want to pick her. He denies this altough he doesn´t look very enthusiastic during the ride as you can see.
Cristina is given second chance (good for us) because she blames the girl who is handing the t-shirts to the riders for not giving her the t-shirts properly and, as you can also see, she ends up getting her head through a sleeve of the last t-shirt.
Cristina´s partner right before putting her down says: "I can´t bear it any more", and Cristina answers: "poor thing".
When I listened Cristina´s partner saying this I couldn´t hepl but thinking of two spanish sayings that literally could be translated as: "God gives bread to those that have no teeth" and "honey wasn´t made for the monkey´s mouth".
I hope this helps everybody to get an idea about what´s going on during the video.

I don't know Jimmy Fallon. But if as you mention they copy everything and try a record then maybe there must be an "original" version, too of the "taking on three clothes while sitting on someone's shoulders" task.
