I made a contribution to the archives last year and received a username & password. However I was only able to get thru once or twice. I usually don't have that much time but lately I have been trying again and even now, one year later, I am having the same problem. A window pops up and tells me I can not have access. Am I doing something wrong ?

If you are using your browser, then it does not work well. You should use an ftp client software instead, such as FileZilla (New Window) (free). Download and install that. In the site manager, (screenshot ), enter the following:

Host: shoulderrides.kicks-ass.org
User: your username
Password: your password

Then click on the Connect button.

After successful login, you will then see the ftp archive file on the right, your local files on the left. You can see examples of more screenshots here (New Window) .
