She is a member of the now defunct British rock group 'Rockbitch' and is sitting on the shoulders of the female lead singer. I have tried to find a film of this on youtube etc but it doesn't seem to be available. They were very controversial doing all sorts of 'obscene', 'satanic' stunts on stage.

Thanks Ben for the information, I didn't know that. Can't remember where I found those pics, I had them quite a long time on my computer when I stumbled on them yesterday. I transfered them to the wow album.
