Did you follow this recommendaton? (from the FAQ):

I receive error message when trying to upload a picture to the gallery.

Make sure that your picture is no more than 3.2 MegaPixels in size. You can look in the file property of the picture (right click on it, choose properties, advanced). If e.g. 2400x1800 the picture is too large (4.3 MegaPixels). You can resize the picture quite easily using this utility: http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm

I totally agree with you, Louie. Actually that´s exactly what I thought when I saw how many pictures involving shoulder riding this guy had.
