Watch this, it is the BOSS  on his biggest ever concert 1988 in East Berlin - 16 months before the wall came down. Officially there were 160.000 visitors, unofficially it is said that more than 200.000 ... 250.000 attended.

For those of us who speak German it is interesting to watch and listen to the entire clip. Especially the part when it comes to the message of the BOSS that he said in German and the driver of his VIP service gave to him.

I have a very personal relationship to this event. I was 18 years old and watched the concert on TV - from the "east side of the wall".
