what about the idea of a new folder category called "Hall of Fame" with only the best of the best pictures in it?

Yes, I suggested that idea some months ago. In that folder everyone of us could add only 1-5 best pictures what they have seen so we could see what kind of pictures are the most favourite - and what people here likes the most of.
Now here are very many pictures and many great pictures "forget".

Are you guys going to do the work? It is so easy to have many brilliant ideas that require that others do the work. Where I am from, you don't do, you don't pay, you don't decide.

There´s several reasons, why I`m not so interested in having a new album like this
- every picture in it would be a repost
- would it be wom only? (which is unfair)
- one more album to moderate

It would be, if not better, than at least easier to have a "Hall of Fame" at the Yahoo group. Then also the pics with a visible url could be posted.

We did have such an album in the previous community, hosted by former Smartgroups. However, not many posted there so it became quite dull. But I'm myself positive to the idea.

Personally I like the idea, too. Why not? Obviously there are some who are interested in it. I myself would certainly be. But if we do such an album you guys would need to participate and add your favourites and contribute in discussions about those pics. We don't want a blind box. Since there are without any questions great pics with visible urls, too I would go along with gundes suggestion of a yahoo group available only for members of this group. In that case we could seperate the albums into females on top and males on top.

SURE....That "work" should be just pleasure! We members here have sent already many pictures in current folders, some are very good but they have lost among thousands of pictures and people forget these.

There doesn't need to be many different folders, just one and in there people here can add their favourite pictures only. There can be WOM, MOW or WOW - only own favourite pictures, that's the point. These pictures tells us much, we can find our "soul mates" because pictures what people send, can contain nicknames of person who sent it.

Most of our members like wom, most members either like wow or at least tolerate them, but some of our members really dislike mow, not to mention mom, so we need to have more than one album.

I´m busy right now, preparing for my summer holiday. Otherwise I could open the albums myself.
