The Game Show is called Jeux Sans Frontieres which was a french game show that had lots of challenges. It involved shoulder riding games like these:

Some informations.
'Jeux sans frontiers' (or in italien language Giochi senza frontiere) is a very old game show of '70-80'. It was on air in summer of every year. The teams weres one for every european country (Deutchland, GB, France, Italia, Lux, NL, ES, Portugal, ecc). I well remember the referees for tens of years: Gennaro Olivieri and Guido Pancaldi.
