Ultimate shoulder rides

This first one is from the series Stargate.I seem to recall that there has been another shoulder ride from this programme.Maybe there are more...? Maybe the writer(s) are members of this site....?
I also woner how many times the male actor either forgot his lines or messed in general just so that the ride would have to bew filmed AGAIN and AGAIN?
