Question about being carried by boyfriend who has a health problem

Hi, I'm looking specifically for advice from men who enjoy shoulder carrying but who have health problems of some kind.  My new boyfriend has Crohn's disease.  I would love to eventually be carried by him, but I don't want to do it if it's going to cause him any physical pain or health complications.  Also, in case he's just not able to ever carry me because of this, I'm wondering if I should bring it up with him at all -- maybe if he knows I have this desire but he can't fulfill it he'll feel bad?  He's in -- I guess you would call it remission -- right now and is able to do quite a few strenuous physical activities, but I don't think he ever knows when the problem will return.  Does anyone have any advice about how to handle this?

OK, time to leave the virtual world and go enjoy the Fourth of July!

Hi Soon to be a Shoulder - I am sorry to hear that your new boyfriend is unwell-but I think that you should put it to him-that you want to ride him-he is now in remission doing exercises-so should be able to carry you-best of luck-please let us know how you get on.

Lets have more personal info please

Re: Question about being carried by boyfriend who has a health problem

HI ELLEN,  I HAVE WHAT YOU MIGHT CALL POST POLIO SYNDROME, I HAD IT WHEN I WAS 3 YEARS OLD. I WAS COMPLETELY IN REMISSION THROUGH MOST OF MY LIFE UNTIL I BECAME 43 YEARS OLD. I KNOW HAVE TROUBLE STAYING ON MY FEET, BECAUSE MY ONE SIDE IS WEAKEND FROM THE LACK OF MUSCLES AND NERVES DESTROYED FROM POLIO. I HAVE ENJOYED CARRYING GIRLS OF ALL SIZES AND HEIGHTS FOR MOST OF MY LIFE, AS I SAID BEFORE IF YOU KNEW ME AFTER I HAD POLIO YOU WOULDN'T KNOW I HAD ACTUALLY HAD IT! I STILL WOULD ENJOY CARRYING GIRLS ON MY SHOULDERS OR BACK, I CAN STILL DO THAT IF YOU DIDN'T REQUIRE ME TO TAKE YOU ANYWHERE. IF ALL YOU WANTED TO DO WAS RIDE ME AND WRAP YOUR LEGS AROUND MY NECK AND STRADDLE MY HEAD,  I CAN DO THAT SITTING ON THE COUCH OR CHAIR. DEPENDING ON YOUR WEIGHT AND HOW YOU DISTRIBUTE IT, AND HOW WELL YOU CAN BALANCE, I AM SURE I CAN STILL GIVE YOU A GOOD RIDE, IT WON'T BE AT A RUN OR GALLOP THOUGH. I BELIEVE I CAN STILL PLAY CHICKEN FIGHTS IN A POOL OR LAKE AS THE WATER WILL HELP TO STABILIZE MY MOVEMENTS. I NOTICED ATHAT YOU ARE IN USA, SO AM I, ARE YOU ANYWHERE NY STATE? MY WIFE ISN'T INTO ANY OF THIS BUT ONCE IN A WHILE I FIND A WILLING GIRL THAT WOULD LIKE TO RIDE ON ME, IT ALSO HELPS TO STRETCH MY BACK AND NECK MUSCLES, WHICH  ARE CAUSING ME TROUBLE FROM HAVING THE POLIO! I THINK YOU SHOULD GET YOUR NEW BOYFRIEND INTO A POOL PARTY SITUATION AND SEE IF YOUR OTHER FRIENDS WOULD LIKE TO START A CHICKEN FIGHT AND MAYBE YOU CAN ASKE YOUR BOYFRIEND IF YOU CAN RIDE ON HIM. HE WILL EITHER WELCOME THE OPPORTUNITY OR HAVE YOU RIDE SOMEONE ELSE AS HE WILL STILL WANT YOU TO HAVE FUN! MAYBE YOU MAY BE ABLE TO START SITTING ON HIS SHOULDERS WHEN HE IS SITTING ON THE COUCH OR CHAIR, THIS WAY YOU AND HE CAN BOTH ENJOY IT WITHOUT THE ADDED CIRCUMSTANCE OF HIM ACTUALLY WALKING WITH YOU ON HIS SHOULDERS! PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU MAKE OUT!

TAKE CARE,
DICK

Re: Question about being carried by boyfriend who has a health problem

Sorry, Ellen. I doubt we have all the answers you want. But various different people may. Seek and you sometimes find.

It seems that sooner of later you will have to decide what is more important. A relationship of mutual love or a one with a good steed that you may frequently shoulder ride on to your heart's content but at what price?

I saw a video on the internet where a woman had a husband and children in a non-sadomasochistic relationship, my own preference in case you wonder, but she hired and regularly visited a "master" with her family's full knowledge and consent.

My wife fears being shoulder carried even though she has consented and is highly annoyed at this fetish of mine. A friend's wife seems to want to shoulder ride me. I doubt her family or my wife would consent to this even though I adore this friend's wife and would love to shoulder carry her to exhaustion out  of adoration for her.
