Thanks again for these links. As we can no longer save MySpace videos using the normal Keepvid website, is someone with a knowledge of saving cached files in their computer able to save these & post them to our archive site? It would be much appreciated. Can anyone help?

Another option is to use a free desktop application to capture the video. I use 'Screen VidShot' which is available from http://www.geovid.com/ 
Just use the demo version. It works great for video capture as well as conversion of videos to pictures.
I sent you an email with a 10 second capture sample which I did for one of the recent links.
I also sent 2 pictures to show how it can be used to get these.
