Hi, Jean Marie.

The second clip is a shorter version of the first clip that focuses more on the shoulder sit. I did save the second clip via Real Player download but need to learn how to convert that with what I have in order to upload it. There may be a way to send it to you directly too.

Any ideas, anyone?
