There is a new IHOP ( International House of Pancakes) commercial which includes shoulder rides. I saw a quick glimpse of it and it showed a middle age man riding a middle age woman, I think.

You got it ocll24! I wondered if they used wire to support those sitting on top or is it trick camera?
