Ultimate shoulder rides

I was going to see my teacher to borrow some p.e clothes since I forgot mine
anyway I saw this chart with a pic of people making a pyramid and
one of my friends during p.e mentioned hurting her wrist in an accident with a pyramid
so I looked at the chart it's called tumbiling and nevertheless there was one with shoulder rides
im so taking p.e next year
