Ultimate shoulder rides

This is a basic instruction clip showing how to do a perfect shoulder sit - nothing special, but nicely filmed.
I was somewhat alarmed though, because in the UK (where I am) this clip is followed by an advertisement which is not announced at the beginning of the clip. Maybe you won't get that, but if it is the start of something on Youtube, then perhaps we are going to see more furtive ads like this. I hope not.
