I suggest to ask the girls if they want to ride on your shoulders after school. Hopefully you'll get lucky and lots of applause from on lookers. Don't give up ! I also think it's an act of chivary and not sexual harrassment. The best of luck.

You can also attend a rock concert and offer short girls a seat on your shoulders.

correct me if I am wrong,but it is not sexual harrassment if the girl agrees with you to give her a shoulder ride..
another thing since you claim you are 15 and in high school...Why do you have a dean?They are only in universities..Wow you must be the only high school to have one in North America...
