I do not like piggyback and I do like all fours riding. I have never tried the others. Have you?

for me, reverse shoulder ride is the max, and reverse and naked shoulder ride... no comment...

I enjoy every kind of lifts, as long as there´s a lot of bodycontact! Nothing beats shoulderriding though.
PS. The reverse piggyback is commonly called "front straddle" in the l&c community.
