are the trousers something that can make the difference?

Lately a friend is riding me very often. I have realized that when she wear leggins that are very thin and elastic I can ride her longer and without pain in the neck, however, as soon as she wear jeans that are thicker and less elastic, my neck get tired after couple minuts and I suffer more to last what she usually demands (10-15 minuts).

This happens to you too?

Very common. As the weight is transferred from her crotch and thighs onto your neck and shoulders over a relatively small area, it is most important to minimize the pressure at any point that
there is nothing hard or inflexible there (or it would work like a stone in shoes). Any pants that have hard seams (as jeans usually do), buttons, zips, or just made of rough inflexible material can make things much harder. A pad can really help in this situation.

yes, my experience is the same, stiff jeans are harder on my neck then leggings or shorts, and my neck muscles get tired faster

Re: are the trousers something that can make the difference?

I would suggest that the nature of a shoulder ride would mean that the thinner the material then the more sensuous the experience is for the rider and ,even, the person giving the ride.

In my experience I have found it more likely that a girl wearing jeans or any type of long trousers , even knee length ones willaccept or instigate sitting on my shoulders.

These rides would centre more around a practical need or "just for fun."

I haven't really noticed any specific difference between carrying a girl wearing jeans or having bare legs...apart from the ...erm...emotional feelings that have stirred in me...and it would seem...the rider.

Cheers

Pete
