Ultimate shoulder rides

There's this motorcycle stunt team called the flying gunners that do a trick named the tulip which involves one of the riders mounted on the shoulders of their teammate while several people ride a motorcycle.

In case you're looking for more, they're a "motorcycle display team".  There's others out there, but this group seems to be the most popular.  And in case you're wondering, I read somewhere that the person on top is the woman.
