I think he means the one with the 2 women in yoga positions with the woman riding wrapping her thighs around the woman underneaths head. It is a sensational picture by the way!!

I found it on the MySpace area of one of the women (the 'bottom' woman I think) whilst searching for spaces about acrobatics or circus.
It's an example of what apparently is called AcroYoga (acrobatics combined with yoga).
It's certainly one of the most - if not the most - unusual positions I have seen in over four decades of interest in shoulder riding.
