I will shoulder ride you as Stacy Westfall rides horses without bit, bridle,  spurs,  whip, or any violence or degradation. Face it, Liz has already stated that she appreciates all shoulder rides from dear horses and wishes to avoid exerting any cruelty on them and you expressed your wish to shoulder carry her.  Yes, Liz, I do listen to you.

This was the answer:
it was to have fun and build up strength from having to hold up the other person.

By the way, if you look carefully you'll see that most couples changed from one clip to the other. The riders became horses and the horses riders.
