She just rides on his neck because she doesn't want to walk. The dad even offers to carry the hare. The hare is her pet and they are going to the barn i think. She checks its heartbeat and tells the dad to hurry up because it doesn't look too good. Then the other man plays spoilsport by telling her to get down from the old man's shoulders and walk by herself for a change as god has given her a beautiful pair of legs for a reason. She's apparently too old to ride on her dad.

Just checked: That movie Sahibaan was done in 1993 which made her 26 years old when she performed in it. Don't know if her role had a different age or not.
