In these wonderful photos that is newly uploaded,there is a woman singer who rides on the shoudlers of a man,and the woman wears a white T-shirt that contains number 69 while the man is number 13 ,can anyone tell me what is this concert's name?where can we find the video of this great concert?

I don´t know the name of the concert, but the concert was held in Belgium. The woman is called Uffie, as it says on her t-shirt, and she´s a DJ. So is the man.
