I'm not aware of others specific to SR, but this one's really good, with the bonus members collections of pics, plus I've met people for real life Shoulder Riding from here! This is a great forum.

I haven't even met or found a single person to do shoulder ride with from the forum as I have seen people barely reply upon contacting. Looks like they just join for pics and vids. So my opinion is not same as yours.
