Ultimate shoulder rides

There’s Uber, Lyft, what about Uber Pony? Would that be a good idea if some of you tech savvy guys to create an App to hail ponies instead of a car? Which provides reasonable fair for short and even long distances transportation? Though the ponies who signed up should carry both female and male riders regardless of their gender and weight:)
