Love this clip! I always wondered, who are these guys who come out to the podium at these European events and lift the ladies onto their shoulders and carry them around for a victory lap? They're wearing the team colors so are they part of the men's team, or relatives of the ladies or do they work for the team? What a great job they have.

They are various people:
i have a clip where 2 women are lifted by others 2 women: the 2 women who lifts them are the opposite team
