Well I didn't understand that what you find incorrect in this.
If you are saying that the girl is riding rudely on another girl then I don't think that nothing is wrong in this as during a shoulder ride a carriers acceptance is most important and it's not possible that the carrier is doing all this without accepting. As she already know that it will give her much effort still she is ready to do it is not wrong.
If you have any more points then you can surely tell

First of all I share everything you say ... maybe I misstated my question ... I mean the way of riding, between the shoulders and the neck ... in this same forum it has been commented that there is a position for riders to ride between the neck, the nape and the shoulders ... which is more comfortable for the rider ... The photos reflect well that way of riding? ... This is how it should be when the rider rides his horse in this way ?
