Jeff, you need a VCR and DVD player/recorder combo, like this one

There´s other ways, but this is how an old senile like me do it. First record the VHS tape to a DVD. Then I hope that you have a laptop with a DVD player? If you have, you can save the clips to your hard drive or to a file sharing site.
